Ireland has again been referred to the European Court of Justice for failing to clean up its act on waste disposal.

Ireland has again been referred to the European Court of Justice for failing to clean up its act on waste disposal.

The action, which is the second such move taken by the European Commission against Ireland, comes as another illegal hazardous dump was uncovered in Co Wicklow.
