Harney visits Ground Zero

The Tanaiste, Mary Harney, has paid tribute to the rescue workers at the scene of the attack on the World Trade Centre in New York in September.

Ms Harney visited the site as part of a one-day trip to New York. Meanwhile, the official death toll from the attack has now been downsized to 3,050.
