Four men arrested after Tallaght robbery

Four people have been arrested in Dublin in connection with the robbery of a man on the Old Bawn Road in Tallaght this morning.

A quantity of cash and a hatchet has been recovered. The four men are currently being questioned at Tallaght garda station.

It is believed gardai from the Emergency Response Unit, along with local gardai, made the arrests as part of Operation Discovery, a crackdown following recent robberies of security vans.
