Talks will resume today to finalise plans between unions and management at Aer Lingus to transfer 15% of the company to its workers.

The Government has told unions at the state carrier that 14.9% of the company is on offer for workers and they can either take it or leave it. The plan includes workers getting a 10% share in an employee share option programme.
