Northern Secretary dismisses further concessions for nationalists

The Northern Secretary has told the House of Commons that there are no new concessions to nationalists under discussion in Northern Ireland.

Dr John Reid was responding to questions from opposition leaders over a magazine interview with his predecessor Peter Mandelson, in which it was claimed the British government was considering new measures to encourage further IRA decommissioning.
