Labour Party want to outlaw 'pyramid gifting schemes'

The Labour Party is publishing a private members bill aimed at outlawing the controversial ‘pyramid gifting schemes’.

Labour’s Mary Upton wants to see penalties introduced to catch those responsible for the schemes.
