Three armed raiders rob Limerick city bank

Three men were involved in an armed raid in Limerick this afternoon where they escaped with an undisclosed sum of money.

This is the second armed raid in the city this week. Yesterday, shots were fired in a foiled attempt to rob the post office in the Garryowen area of the city.
