Parades body gives go-ahead for Crumlin Rd march
The Parades Commission has ruled that an Apprentice Boys march can go ahead on the Crumlin Road in Belfast this Sunday, despite objections from local nationalist residents.
However, the commission also said that no bands will be allowed to accompany the march while it passes through Catholic areas.
Both the nationalist residents and the Apprentice Boys have requested a review of the ruling.
The nationalists said the Crumlin Road is too close to the scene of the sectarian protest in Ardoyne, while the Apprentice Boys said their bands should be allowed to join the march.
