London court reserves judgement on MOX plant

A London Court has reserved judgement in a bid by environmental groups to block the building of the MOX Nuclear facility at Sellafield.

Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth have argued the plant is a pollution threat, and a potential terrorist target.

The Irish Government did not take part in this legal action but a legal representative was sent to observe proceedings.
