Fine Gael, Labour and the Green Party will return to the Dail this morning to table of motion of censure against independent TD Tom Gildea over his accusations about Nora Owen.

The three main opposition parties boycotted the Dail for two days last week after the Government refused to allow time to debate a motion of censure against Mr Gildea.

The Donegal TD had accused Fine Gael TD Nora Owen of accepting bribes from a cable company to crack down on independent TV operators in the mid-1990s.
