A 51-year-old man from Co Fermanagh will appear in court later today in connection with the murder of an RUC man 26 years ago.

A 51-year-old man from Co Fermanagh will appear in court later today in connection with the murder of an RUC man 26 years ago.

The man was arrested yesterday and questioned about serious crime in the Co Fermanagh area in the 1970’s.

He will appear in Cookstown Court today.

The killing relates to an IRA landmine attack in Sixmilecross in 1975 when Constable John James Clements died.
