Lower airport charges and private development at Dublin Airport could be on the way in an effort to boost tourism figures in the wake of the September 11 attacks.

The findings of an interim report are to be presented to Aer Rianta later today with Ryanair, which has campaigned for reduced airport charges, possibly emerging as the big winner.
