There was another night of violence in Belfast last night, which left several people wounded.

A number of homes in the Whitewell area of the city were continuously bombarded by mobs throwing petrol bombs.

Rival groups of loyalists and nationalists also clashed, throwing bottles, bricks and fireworks.
