Court rules gardai falsified evidence in Omagh bombing case

The Special Criminal Court has ruled that gardai falsified evidence in the case involving a man charged in connection with the Omagh bombing.

The court has found that two detectives falsified notes after the interrogation of Colm Murphy, 49, from Dundalk in Co Louth.
