Aer Rianta 'concerned' at Ryanair terminal plans

Aer Rianta has written to the Government to express concern about Ryanair’s plans to build its own terminal in Dublin Airport, saying such a move could be interpreted as state aid.

Under EU competition law, governments are banned from giving state aid to airlines.
