Lawyers for the Lindsay Tribunal have failed to apportion blame in their closing statement to the inquiry today.

The tribunal is investigating the infection of haemophiliacs with HIV and Hepatitis C because of contaminated blood products imported by the Blood Transfusion Service.

The BTS and the Irish Haemophiliac Society are due to present their closing submissions this afternoon before Judge Alison Lindsay makes her final ruling on the matter.
