Judgement reserved in Catherine Nevin application

The Court of Criminal Appeal has reserved judgement on an application submitted by convicted murderer Catherine Nevin for access to documents ahead of her appeal.

The document in question originates from the Garda anti-racketeering unit and only came to light in the wake of Mrs Nevin’s murder conviction.
