Nevin to seek discovery order ahead of appeal

Lawyers for Catherine Nevin go to the Court of Criminal Appeal today seeking the discovery of documents from the state in advance of her appeal against her murder conviction.

They are to apply for an order of discovery relating to certain papers relating to her trial.
