The Special Criminal Court has ruled that mobile phone evidence is admissible in the trial of 49-year-old Colm Murphy, who is accused of conspiring to cause the Omagh bomb and membership of the Real IRA.

The Special Criminal Court has ruled that mobile phone evidence is admissible in the trial of 49-year-old Colm Murphy, who is accused of conspiring to cause the Omagh bomb and membership of the Real IRA.

Mr Justice Barr, one of the three judges in the non-jury court, said he is satisfied that the evidence is relevant to the trial.
