The death of Aer Lingus chairman, Bernie cahill has been recorded as accidental death.

The death of Aer Lingus chairman, Bernie cahill has been recorded as accidental death.

He died from acute cardio respiratory failure.

Mr Cahill's body was found face down in the water near his home in Schull, west Cork, August 17th last.
