Three arrests in German journalist's murder
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the death of missing German tourist, Bettina Poeschel whose body was found last week near Donore, Co Meath.
All three, in their late 30s, were arrested at separate addresses in Drogheda at approximately 8am.
The 28-year-old German journalist was last seen on September 28 when she was visiting the Newgrange Visitors' Centre near Donore.
The three are being detained at Drogheda garda station under Section Four of the Criminal Justice Act which allows them to be detained for up to six hours.
To date gardai have interviewed more than 600 people.
