Former Esat boss, Denis O'Brien, returned to the Moriarty Tribunal today to give evidence about complicated share transactions involving the late Fine Gael fundraiser David Austin.

Former Esat boss, Denis O'Brien, returned to the Moriarty Tribunal today to give evidence about complicated share transactions involving the late Fine Gael fundraiser David Austin.

The Tribunal has heard that the broker who facilitated the transactions, Mr Peter Muldowney, has refused to appear at Dublin Castle to be questioned on the matter.
