Green MEP arrested in Scotland

Green Party MEP, Patricia McKenna, has been arrested along with 12 Irish students for blocking access to a British nuclear base in Scotland.

Ms McKenna’s office said they were partaking in a peaceful protest by locking themselves together with plastic chains, which had to be cut off by police.
