Man faces extradition hearing in Dublin

An Irish man was today due to appear before a court in Dublin court to face extradition to Spain in connection with the death of his wife during a holiday to Marbella.

An Irish man was today due to appear before a court in Dublin court to face extradition to Spain in connection with the death of his wife during a holiday to Marbella.

Michael ‘‘Dermot’’ McArdle, aged 32, originally from Dundalk, Co Louth, is to appear in Dublin District Court following the death of his wife Kelly-Anne, 28, who fell from a balcony during the holiday, nearly two years ago.
