Travellers accused of hitting hospital patients

The Mid-Western Health Board has said it will take action to remove a convoy of travellers from the grounds of Our Lady's Psychiatric Hospital in Ennis, Co Clare.

Approximately 12 caravans moved on to the hospital's premises on the Gort Rd yesterday after leaving a nearby national school.
