Plan aims to bring equality for women

New proposals to close the pay gap between men and women and to target domestic violence were announced by the Government today.

Launching the the Government’s Draft Plan for Women, junior equality minister Mary Wallace admitted more needs to be done to address the needs of women in Ireland.
