March to be held on anniversary of hunger strikes

One of the largest rallies to be held in Ireland for years is to take place today to commemorate the 1981 Maze hunger strikers.

Hundreds of marchers, carrying black flags and tricolours, are expected to take part in the rally that will walk from the Garden of Remembrance to the GPO.
