O’Cuiv defends rural revitalisation programme

Junior Minister Eamon O’Cuiv has defended his rural revitalisation programme after Fine Gael said the scheme ignores the western region.

The programme is designed to tackle the problem of rural depopulation and the decline in services in 16 designated rural areas.
