The European Parliament has adopted new measures aimed at freezing the assets of 27 individuals and organisations which the US Government has claimed are involved in international terrorism.

The European Parliament has adopted new measures aimed at freezing the assets of 27 individuals and organisations which the US Government has claimed are involved in international terrorism.

The measures will be introduced on Monday, provided they are passed by a unanimous vote.
