Six victims of  Cork road accident named

The six people who were killed in a crash on the Cork-Bandon road last night

have been named by the Gardai.

The victims, including two 15-year-old twin brothers, died in the head-on crash that involved two cars.

The twins, Gavin and Kieran O'Sullivan were travelling in a car with their 15-year-old friend, Conor Coleman and 23-year-old Paul Donovan; all four were from Kinsale.

Husband and wife, Denis and Nula McCarthy who were both in their sixties,

were killed in the second car involved in the accident; they were from Clonakilty.

The man driving the second car was a nephew of the couple and he was seriously injured in the incident.
