The Irish Haemophilia Society has met with Health Minister Michael Martin to discuss a proposed extension of the Lindsay Tribunal’s terms of reference.

The IHS wants the tribunal to investigate the pharmaceutical companies who provided contaminated blood products to the Irish Blood Transfusion Service, a move that is currently outside the tribunal’s remit.
