Man's body taken from River Liffey

Gardai in Dublin have recovered a man’s body from the River Liffey in central Dublin.

The man is believed to have driven his car into the water at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay shortly after 1pm.

His body was taken to St James’ Hospital.
