Co Tipperary students endangered by Toulouse blast

It has emerged that a group of Irish students from Co Tipperary narrowly escaped the explosion in the French city of Toulouse earlier this morning.

The students were on a tour in France and were only two kilometres from the chemical plant where the blast occurred.
