A 20-year-old man has died and five others are recovering in hospital after a road accident in Co Cavan today.

A 20-year-old man has died and five others are recovering in hospital after a road accident in Co Cavan today.

The man died when two cars collided on the Bailieboro to Virginia road.

Those injured were taken to hospital in Cavan but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
