Man remanded for alleged robberies

A 26-year-old man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with seven robberies in north Dublin.

Anthony Connors from Darndale has been accused of carrying out the alleged raids on elderly people.

The court heard that one of the alleged victims was a 76-year-old blind man and that a knife had been used in one of the alleged attacks
