RUC officer injured in bomb blast

It is reported that a blast has occurred in Glenbryn Parade in Belfast where protestors have gathered to block the local Catholic childrens’ route to school.

An RUC officer has been injured. Colleagues rushed to the officer’s aid as he lay on the ground near the source of the explosion.
