GAA targetted in pipe bomb campaign
The RUC has issued a fresh terror alert for every GAA club and grounds in the North.
The alert was issued after a telephone warning was received by a Belfast newsroom.
Searches are underway at five grounds which were named in the call.
Earlier two pipe-bombs were found at the Desertmartin Grounds in Derry.
One was adjacent to a perimeter fence, the other placed at a pedestrian entrance.
Police say everyone using premises owned or used by the Gaelic Association should remain vigilant as it is now becoming clear that a pipe-bomb campaign against the GAA in the North is underway.
Last month, Protestant teenager Gavin Brett was murdered by loyalists as he was standing outside a GAA club in Glengormley.
