Cork gardai probe petrol bomb reports

Cork gardai are investigating reports that a petrol bomb was thrown last night at a house in the northside suburb of Knocknaheeny.

Gardai confirmed a device was thrown at the house in Ardcullen Estate and are currently examining the scene.

"The house was occupied at the time but we do not believe anyone was injured. The damage was minor," a garda spokesman said.
