Head of Defence Forces warns ranks about harassment

The head of the Defence Forces has told his 11,500 troops that sexual harassment in the ranks is "entirely unacceptable and will not be tolerated".

Lieutenant General Colm Mangan has sent an open letter to every man and woman under his command, promising there will be no cover-up in investigations into alleged harassment or bullying.
