Gardai reluctant to swoop in IRA arms dumps

Gardai have refused to comment on reports that they are aware of the location of two IRA arms dumps, but feel constrained from seizing the weapons because of the strain it would place on the Northern peace process.

It is reported that the two dumps are those inspected three times by the de Chastelain decommissioning body.
