Man charged over fatal Limerick stabbing

A 29-year-old man has appeared before Limerick’s District Court charged with murdering another man in the city in the early hours of yesterday morning.

24-year-old John O’Sullivan died after being stabbed during an altercation in the Moyross area shortly after 1am yesterday.

John McNamara, from Craeval Park in Moyross, was remanded in custody after being charged with the murder last night.
