All sides involved in the Northern Ireland peace process must rededicate themselves to breaking the current impasse, Minister for Foreign Affairs Brian Cowen urged today.

The pro-agreement parties must work together with a sense of "collective responsibility" to break the deadlock, Mr Cowen said.
