IRA may suspend decommissioning talks

There is growing speculation today that the IRA is set to end contact with General John de Chastelain's decommissioning body in protest at the British Government's decision to suspend the Northern Assembly.

Yesterday, Northern Secretary John Reid signed the order restoring the institutions after 24 hours of direct rule from London.
