Trimble downplays decommissioning breakthrough

The Ulster Unionist leader, David Trimble has been downplaying the significance of today's statement from the International Body on Decommissioning, but stopped short of dismissing it out of hand.

Mr Trimble said the move was "a significant step", but said it left some issues unresolved.
