Lotto fever expected as jackpot heads for £6m

Thousands of punters are expected to do the Lotto today in anticipation of a bumper Bank Holiday jackpot.

The estimated jackpot is between £5m and £6m, slightly short of the record £7.4m jackpot scooped by two winning tickets in 1996.
