British police have warned Londoners to be vigilant against further bomb attacks after seven people were injured in a suspected Real IRA blast in Ealing Broadway last night.

British police have warned Londoners to be vigilant against further bomb attacks after seven people were injured in a suspected Real IRA blast in Ealing Broadway last night.

Anti-terrorist police are still on high alert after the attack.

The Real IRA has planted seven bombs in London over the past 15 months, but last night's was one of the largest.

Unlike in previous instances, an advance warning was issued, but police said they were not given enough time or details to evacuate the area in time.
