Lawlor faces return to prison

Independent TD Liam Lawlor could face another term in prison.

The High Court has been told that Mr Lawlor has not met all of his obligations to the Flood Tribunal.

It means he could be forced to return to jail to serve the remaining two months and three weeks of a sentence given to him in January last.

Documents relating to accounts in Woodchester Bank in San Francisco, South Carolina, Liechtenstein and the Czech Republic are still outstanding, counsel for the tribunal told Justice Smyth today.

The case has been adjourned until 11.30 on Monday morning, when Mr Lawlor's legal team will present their case.
