Adams says IRA plays no part in sectarianism

Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams has said that attacks on Protestant homes and property go against the beliefs of the republican movement.

Speaking in response to another night of sectarian rioting in Belfast, Mr Adams appealed to any nationalists involved in the violence to stop.
