Blaney blames Tanaiste for abortion row

Harry Blaney, one of the four independent TDs who support the coalition, has accused the Tanaiste, Mary Harney, of stoking up a controversy over a new abortion referendum.

Mr Blaney accused Government ministers of hypocrisy after reports that there would not be an abortion referendum in the lifetime of the present coalition.
