Thousands unhappy with jobs - survey

Thousands of Irish people are unhappy with their jobs, according to a new survey.

The report, which looks at what motivates the Irish workforce, shows that the vast majority of those questioned would change career.

The special survey by Q-People, which is part of the KMPG company, shows that a massive 86% of those asked would take another job or change career.

More than half of them say they would work outside Dublin if any attractive job arose and that job satisfaction, not money, is the most important factor.
